MISsion

Movement For Change is a multi-day festival brimming with activities and insights that unite passion, values, and community.

Climbing and yoga carry immense potential for cultivating a sense of responsibility toward both people and the planet.

Our guests will share inspiring stories of projects where these practices became catalysts for real transformation—bridges and solutions that bring people together and drive meaningful impact.

We will also shine a spotlight on the importance of equal access to outdoor activities and self-care, ensuring that everyone—regardless of background or social status—can share in these benefits.

We look forward to gathering with like-minded individuals who draw energy from movement and the beauty of nature, and to discovering where these days will lead us.

WHY?

In my journey as an experienced yoga teacher—teaching across various parts of the globe—I’ve witnessed the immense potential for positive change sparked by the practice itself and the communities that naturally form around it. Meanwhile, as an avid mountain climber, I’ve seen firsth and the urgent need for climate protection, having observed the profound impact of human presence on the natural environment.

The sense of responsibility and empowerment born from these two passions ultimately led to the creation of Movement For Change—an initiative that brings people together for shared inspiration and meaningful collective action.

Accomodation

our festival will be returning to Dom Sokolik, our warm and wonderful host for the first edition of our Camp

Dom Sokolik is a 150-year-old farmhouse in Trzcińsko, nestled in the beautiful Lower Silesia region of southwestern Poland—close to the borders of Germany and the Czech Republic—at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains.

This traditional square-layout farmstead sits amid a soothing rural landscape, offering breathtaking views of the twin peaks in the Sokolik Mountains and their distinctive rock formations. The house has been lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to sustainability, emerging as a charming guesthouse surrounded by ten hectares of fields, forests, and hills. Inside, antique rural artifacts blend with industrial elements to create a uniquely inviting atmosphere for rest and relaxation.

Nearby, you’ll find two ponds, a stream, and a river. The grounds also feature a campsite with delightful, tucked-away spots among the trees and peaceful surroundings.

The area boasts beautiful hiking and cycling trails, the Rudawy Landscape Park, and renowned climbing areas such as Rudawy Janowickie and Sokoliki, home to top-quality rock formations.

FAQ

how to get there?

Dom Sokolik is located at the following distances:

100 km from Wrocław

•40 km from Wałbrzych

•20 km from Jelenia Góra

•3 km from the nearest train station, Janowice Wielkie

DO I NEED CLIMBING EXPERIENCE?

No. Under the guidance of qualified instructors, you’ll take your first steps on the rock, learn about the necessary gear, and receive all the beginner-friendly tips you need.

I ALREADY HAVE CLIMBING EXPERIENCE. DO I STILL NEED AN INSTRUCTOR?

You’re welcome to climb with others at a similar experience level, either in areas where the instructor-led group is climbing or in sectors of your own choosing. You can also count on the company and support of our team—most of them plan to spend their days on the rocks as well.

Feel free to join our specialized workshops covering traditional climbing techniques, including cracks and off-widths (brr!).

At the end of each day, we’ll gather around the table to share experiences and stories.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I DON’T PLAN TO CLIMB?

Absolutely. There’s no requirement to join the climbing activities. There are plenty of other attractions to fill your time.

IS PERSONAL CLIMBING GEAR REQUIRED?

No. We’ll ask about your gear during registration so we can arrange any additional equipment you might need.

Our partner, Oberalp Group, will provide helmets, harnesses, shoes, and belay devices. If you choose to bring your own gear, you’ll also have the opportunity to test items from Evolv, Salewa, and Wild Country.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL COSTS?

The price does not include CampSpa treatments, climbing sessions with instructors, or insurance for extreme or high-risk sports.

CAN I OPT OUT OF THE MEAL PLAN?

If you’re camping, you aren’t required to join communal meals. Still, we believe that sharing food is a wonderful way to connect—and an important aspect of building community.

If you plan on preparing your own meals, just let us know during registration, and we’ll provide an adjusted price.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

MFC Camp goes on, rain or shine! Embracing nature’s whims is one of the first—and most valuable—outdoor lessons. We’ve got this!

DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS?

Yes. We offer three scholarships at the Camping option with a 50% discount. They’re intended for those who are unemployed or actively involved in an NGO. If you’d like to apply, please indicate your interest in the REGISTRATION FORM
